Dominique Hall, an associate in Klinedinst PC’s Las Vegas office, is a litigation attorney with experience handling a broad range of matters involving labor and employment, real estate and construction, privacy, antitrust, and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Hall’s practice includes managing labor and employment administrative proceedings, drafting complaints, answers, and other responsive pleadings, and developing hearing outlines and argument strategies in real estate and construction disputes. She has appeared in court on behalf of clients and advocated before judges on both procedural and substantive matters.

Prior to her current practice, Ms. Hall was an associate at a global AmLaw 100 firm in Washington, D.C., where she supported litigation teams across multiple offices and conducted legal research and strategic analysis on complex litigation and antitrust matters. Her experience also included telecommunications regulatory compliance, antitrust due diligence and HSR filings, and reviewing privacy policies and data-sharing agreements for compliance with federal standards.

Prior to practicing at the prestigious firm, Ms. Hall served as its Pro Bono Fellow with the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. In that role, she assisted trial attorneys with case development, analyzed extensive digital discovery, and drafted motions addressing Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment issues. She previously served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Arthur Errol of the District of Columbia Superior Court, where she conducted legal research, prepared sentencing memoranda, analyzed motions and briefs, and assisted with the development of judicial opinions.

Ms. Hall earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor of the Howard Law Journal, was a Henry Ramsey Dean’s Fellow, and served as President of the Space Law Society. She earned her B.A. in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Nevada, where she served as Student Body President.
