Jay Lee is an associate based in Klinedinst PC’s Arizona office, where his practice focuses on regulatory compliance, administrative law, and government relations. He advises clients across highly regulated industries—including financial services, gaming, and emerging technology—on navigating complex legal and policy frameworks, with a particular emphasis on compliance strategy and risk mitigation.

Mr. Lee brings experience representing clients in matters involving federal and state regulatory approvals, legislative development, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. He has worked closely with government agencies and industry stakeholders to support high-level negotiations and advance regulatory initiatives. His work includes drafting and revising regulatory frameworks, administrative rules, and legislative proposals, as well as presenting legal and policy analyses to senior government officials.

Mr. Lee earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he was a recipient of the Tech Law Fellowship. He also completed graduate-level coursework in Cellular and Molecular Medicine and earned his undergraduate degree in Physiology with honors from the University of Arizona.
