Nikoll (Nik) Nikci is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s Nevada office, with experience spanning business and commercial litigation, general and professional liability, and civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in complex financial and real estate disputes, guiding clients through litigation, mediation, and negotiated settlements.

Mr. Nikci has experience representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters. His practice has also encompassed foreclosure prevention, loan modifications, debt resolution, and real estate disputes. He has appeared regularly before state and bankruptcy courts, handling all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Nikci served as an attorney with the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program, a nonprofit organization providing legal assistance to older adults. In this role, he represented clients in a broad range of legal matters, including real estate and housing disputes, landlord-tenant litigation, consumer protection, and estate planning. His experience included defending clients in eviction proceedings, resolving homeowners association and mortgage disputes, and drafting wills and trusts. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Nikci was instrumental in advocating for vulnerable seniors facing eviction amid rapidly rising rental costs in Las Vegas. Through his legal representation and negotiation of landlord-tenant disputes, he successfully helped numerous seniors on fixed incomes avoid eviction and remain in their homes.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Nikci practiced with several Nevada law firms where he represented clients in consumer bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure mediations, and creditor negotiations. These experiences have provided him with a practical understanding of the financial and legal challenges facing individuals and businesses, as well as the importance of developing effective, results-oriented legal strategies.

Mr. Nikci earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, where he served on the Cardozo Women’s Law Journal. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, from Fordham University, where he participated in the Fordham College Honors Program. His academic achievements include recognition as a Fulbright Scholar and recipient of the National Endowment for the Humanities Younger Scholars Award.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Nikci enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, playing basketball, and pursuing his interest in history.
