LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst shareholders Gregory Garbacz and Kevin Gramling have been recognized in the 2019 Southern California edition of Super Lawyers®.
Super Lawyers® publishes an annual list of top attorneys across the Southern California region. According to the State Bar of California, the area including Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties is home to over 100,000 practicing attorneys. Every year, Super Lawyers utilizes their editors and research teams, as well as the recommendations of attorneys in good standing to highlight the “best of the best” in the region.
The process starts by polling lawyers in good standing to nominate fellow attorneys who demonstrate excellence in the legal profession. Recognition in Super Lawyers is also based on independent research based off of those nominations, as well as thorough peer evaluation. According to the publication, fewer than 5% of attorneys in California are named Super Lawyers.
Now in his tenth year of inclusion in Super Lawyers, Greg Garbacz was recognized for his work in Employment and Labor. In addition to being an experienced litigator and trial attorney, Mr. Garbacz is the Chief Strategy Officer of Klinedinst. He represents clients in employment matters, business/class actions, professional liability/securities, and real estate/housing discrimination litigation. Mr. Garbacz has significant experience in the courtroom, and is a member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates), a highly-respected national advocacy group dedicated to the preservation of the right to trial by jury.
2019 represents the sixth year that Kevin Gramling has been honored for his work in Personal Injury-General: Defense. Mr. Gramling is the Managing Shareholder at the firm’s Santa Ana office, and has extensive experience defending transportation, product liability, premises liability, mold and indoor air quality, environmental, and construction defect claims. He is active in the community, and was named Orange County Father of the Year in 2017. Gramling is also a member of ABOTA, an invitation-only organization whose members are the most experienced trial lawyers and judges in the country.
