SAN DIEGO, CA – Klinedinst PC has named Ian A. Rambarran as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds firm founder John D. Klinedinst, who will resume his role as Chairman.
Ian brings decades of experience, institutional knowledge, and proven financial leadership to the CEO role. In addition to his management responsibilities, he will continue advising and representing clients in complex business and commercial disputes, as well as high-loss tort matters. During his tenure as Treasurer, Ian played a key role in the firm’s financial stewardship while building one of Klinedinst’s strongest practice areas.
Over the past year, John D. Klinedinst served as interim CEO and led important strategic initiatives, including attorney growth and office expansions in Seattle and Las Vegas, while maintaining the firm’s strong presence in San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Arizona. As Chairman, John will continue to focus on business development, marketing, recruiting, and financial growth.
As John takes on his new role as Chairman, Klinedinst PC looks forward to a bright future under Ian’s guidance as the firm enters its next chapter.
