Tara R. Burd has extensive experience in probate and trust litigation and centers her practice on complex trust litigation, probate avoidance estate planning, probate administration, and professional liability defense. Ms. Burd works with clients to reduce or eliminate the risk of litigation, as well as advise trustees in multi-faceted administrations or disputes. Ms. Burd has been named a Rising Star in San Diego Super Lawyers® for Estate & Trust Litigation since 2017. A native of San Diego, Ms. Burd earned her earned her law degree from California Western School of Law. She is also active in her community, volunteering for the California Lawyers Association, Probate Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Andrew J. Londerholm focuses his practice on residential and commercial construction litigation, as well as general liability litigation. He has a successful record of litigating public and private construction disputes for developers, general contractors, design experts, and subcontractors. Additionally, Mr. Londerholm has considerable experience working with residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including high-rise, infill, mid-rise, and major condominium conversion projects. Mr. Londerholm was selected as a 2021 Rising Star by San Diego Super Lawyers® for Construction Litigation. He is also a member of the California Lawyers Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and LEAD San Diego.
