PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Klinedinst PC welcomes Senior Counsel Nicole Pelcic to our growing Arizona team.
Ms. Pelcic has a long-standing record of providing clients with outstanding representation in a wide variety of case matters. Licensed in both Arizona and California, Ms. Pelcic has advised heavily in the areas of general liability defense and real estate. Ms. Pelcic is passionate about representing smaller Arizona-based lenders in their legal matters, ranging from real estate compliance to fee disputes. In real estate, Ms. Pelcic has represented homeowners in actions against sellers and real estate professionals for failure to disclose material defects, negotiations with municipal utilities regarding easements, boundaries, eminent domain, and code compliance, and damage to real property litigation. Additionally, Ms. Pelcic has advised real estate agents and brokers regarding compliance with applicable regulations, commission/fee disputes, and mortgage brokers regarding title issues.
Previously, Ms. Pelcic served as in-house counsel for a construction and equipment sales company, where she advised on issues involving employment, procurement, government contracts, private contracts, and partnership liability while implementing a Department of Transportation compliance program for company drivers.
