Nicole Pelcic is Senior Counsel in Arizona, and has built a practice focused on serving clients in real estate, business, and general liability matters. She maintains dual licensure, representing clients in both Arizona and California.
She brings a unique perspective to each and every case. While she grew up in Northern California, she spent much of her childhood in Arizona, and today resides in the Grand Canyon State with her family.
As part of her practice, Ms. Pelcic has represented mortgage lenders, homeowners, real estate brokers, homeowners’ associations (HOAs), contractors, and business owners in disputes over regulatory compliance, consumer protection, failure to disclose material defects, contract disputes, and intellectual property. She handles cases at every stage, from initial discovery through trial and appeal, and in both state and federal courts. Ms. Pelcic also served as in-house counsel for a construction company operating throughout the United States, where she created and implemented a Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance program.
Ms. Pelcic frequently speaks on topics related to her practice, including foreclosures, short sales, and legal ethics for real estate lawyers. Ms. Pelcic earned her J.D. from UC College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she competed on the trial advocacy team.
