Chancelor K. Eagle is an associate in the Seattle office of Klinedinst PC. Mr. Eagle’s practice focuses on all areas of business and commercial litigation, with a special focus on corporate and transactional work.
Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Eagle worked at a tech startup, where he drafted contracts and negotiated on behalf of the company in legal matters. Additionally, he helped ensure compliance with data privacy and employment laws. In the community, Mr. Eagle is an active member of both the business law and intellectual property sections of the King County Bar Association.
Mr. Eagle earned his Juris Doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law. Throughout his time as a law student, Mr. Eagle interned at a firm that practiced criminal and family law. Before law school, he received his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Washington University.
