Darren T. Brenner is a shareholder in Klinedinst PC’s Las Vegas office, with over 20 years of extensive experience in civil litigation. His practice focuses on insurance coverage litigation, consumer financial litigation, and commercial litigation. Since his first jury trial more than 15 years ago, Mr. Brenner has tried more than 20 cases, argued 10 matters before the Ninth Circuit and Nevada Supreme Court, handled litigation in over a dozen states, and appeared as counsel of record in 23 published opinions and in nearly 1200 reported unpublished decisions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Brenner has maintained an impressive 90% success rate in trials and has handled hundreds of depositions, mediations, and dispositive motions, while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills by overseeing teams of associates and paralegals, ensuring comprehensive litigation management from inception to resolution. Notably, he achieved a full reversal in a significant real estate dispute while recently arguing before the Nevada Supreme Court.
Mr. Brennen earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating cum laude in the top 10% of his class, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science (Economics) from the University of California at San Diego.
He is an active member of the State Bar of Nevada and has received numerous accolades, including recognition as a “Top Rated Civil Litigation Attorney” by Super Lawyers Magazine for multiple years. Additionally, he has been honored as a “Rising Star” and named one of Southern Nevada’s Top Attorneys by Nevada Business Magazine.
