Diana S. Ebron is Senior Counsel in the Las Vegas office focusing on high-value general liability, real property, and financial services matters in all stages of litigation and appeals. 

Ms. Ebron has extensive experience as a civil litigator and assists clients in pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, bench trials, jury trials, settlement conferences and appeals. She is trained mediator and skilled negotiator with a practical mindset who approaches every matter with an eye towards achieving the best overall result for her clients.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Ebron was in-house corporate counsel for a national mortgage lender where she focused on title matters, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Before that, she litigated and managed litigation in hundreds of civil cases in both federal and state court. Ms. Ebron has worked on many successful appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, including matters of first impression. Ms. Ebron has also advocated for her clients as a lobbyist. 

Ms. Ebron has handled matters in a variety of areas including real estate, quiet title, consumer finance, wrongful foreclosure, homeowner’s association law, product liability, constitutional law, statutory and regulatory compliance, employment, general liability, fraud, breach of contract, and bankruptcy. She represented a variety of clients including individuals, large and small businesses, Chapter 7 bankruptcy court trustees, real estate investment companies, lenders and major financial institutions. 

A graduate of J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, Ms. Ebron obtained her B.S. in Management with a Marketing emphasis from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. 

Ms. Ebron is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada and Hawaii, as well as at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
