Russell Wasley is Senior Counsel in the downtown San Diego office of Klinedinst PC. Mr. Wasley’s practice focuses on a variety of civil litigation, including toxic tort, construction defect, premises liability, property disputes, environmental litigation and auto cases. Prior to focusing on civil litigation, Mr. Wasley was the elected District Attorney for the 22nd Judicial District in Colorado, and was a Deputy District Attorney for many years prior to that, having successfully prosecuted and tried significant crimes, including homicides. After moving to Southern California, Mr. Wasley practiced as a civil litigator at several law firms throughout San Diego County before joining Klinedinst PC.
