Jenna L. Smith is a Summer Law Clerk in the Sacramento office of Klinedinst PC.

Ms. Smith is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, and is also a member of the member of the UC Davis Law Review. In her first year of law school, Ms. Smith was an active member of the Business Law Society and participated in the King Hall 1L Negotiations Competition and Intraschool Negotiations Competition. She was also an Editor of both the Business Law Journal and Social Justice Law Review. Going into her second year of law school, Ms. Smith will serve as Treasurer of the Business Law Society. Prior to attending UC Davis Law, Ms. Smith grew up in Oregon and graduated cum laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences.
