Najwa Batarse is the Director of Human Resources and San Diego Operations Manager for the firm. Ms. Batarse is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s Human Resources and oversees the San Diego office.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources and 14 years’ experience in law firm office management, Ms. Batarse is a strategic professional with confidence and integrity.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Batarse worked for an Am Law 100 firm in Los Angeles, CA where she delivered guidance on all HR matters, coached and counseled on employee relations to management, managed the firm’s recruitment and professional development.

Ms. Batarse is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and the Association of Legal Administrators, San Diego Chapter. Ms. Batarse received a Human Resources Management Certificate from Loyola Marymount University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from Human Resource Certification Institute.
