Business Litigation/Financial Services Attorney – Las Vegas

POSITION SUMMARY


Candidates for this position must be Nevada-licensed with strong academic credentials. The candidate must be a positive, proactive, “team player” who has a passion for advocacy and are ready to find creative legal solutions for their clients.

The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and analyze/research complex issues. The candidate will also have experience structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

If you have experience representing clients in the financial industry, that is a plus, though not required.
Coming to work with a solid work ethic, the desire to build your own career, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork, will be critical factors for success in this position. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Nevada-licensed with 1 or more years of experience
  • Strong academic background and the ambition to create an extraordinary career
  • Experience in business, general liability, or financial services litigation is preferred
  • Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Pay range: $120,000 – $175,000 per year (depends on experience)
  • Team player.
