Paralegal – Phoenix

Klinedinst PC is seeking a qualified Paralegal who will join our team with at least 5 years of experience working in a litigation support role with strong knowledge of the civil litigation process. If you are a self-starter who is looking for growth and a friendly environment, we would like to hear from you. As a Paralegal, you will work alone as well as develop working relationships within a team environment. This position will work directly with our attorneys to prepare cases from inception through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate for this position needs to be organized, resourceful, diligent, professional, and committed to meet our clients’ needs.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Real property recordings and title research
  • Reviewing and summarizing fact records
  • Drafting timelines
  • Organizing factual information
  • Drafting subpoenas
  • Coordinating the production of records, etc.  
  • Pay range: $36.05-$43.27 hour.

We provide support in a friendly, team-oriented environment that allows for immediate responsibility and growth potential. Actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including education, applicable experience, etc.
