A graduate of USC Gould School of Law, Ms. Jindal has built a highly-sophisticated litigation practice, including consumer-facing disputes, finance, business disputes, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and class action litigation.
Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Jindal has handled matters involving consumer protection statutes and privacy-related laws and regulations at the state and federal level. She has defended clients in a variety of cases, including matters alleging violations of the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act, as well as state unfair and deceptive acts or practices statutes and other consumer lending statutes and regulations..
