Chatree M. Thongkham serves as Counsel in the Las Vegas office of Klinedinst PC.

He represents clients in various types of litigation, including premises liability and transportation-related matters. Since 2010, his practice has had a special focus in insurance law, including coverage issues and first-party insurance bad faith claims. Mr. Thongkham has also had success in his appellate work within the realms of Civil Procedure issues, as well as bad faith.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Thongkham gained experience in a number of litigation fields including collections, contract disputes, automobile accidents, and residential construction defect. Additionally, he has litigated premises liability matters for several large Las Vegas casino properties.

Mr. Thongkham obtained his B.A. in both Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Davis, and his JD from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
