Chris M. Milas is an attorney in the San Diego office of Klinedinst. Mr. Milas’ practice focuses on professional liability defense, especially in the area of legal malpractice. Mr. Milas brings to Klinedinst experience in case strategy for medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction defect, general tort liability, and flood and fire injury. He also developed a case for the California Innocence Project appealing the California Victims Compensation Board’s denial of compensation.
Mr. Milas earned his Juris Doctor degree from the California Western School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Milas was the Executive Editor of the California Western International Law Journal and represented California Western School of Law in Legal Skills Appellate Advocacy Competition. Mr. Milas also externed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California for the Honorable Karen S. Crawford. He earned his undergraduate from Biola University.
Mr. Milas is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, the San Diego Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and California Lawyers Association. During his free time, Mr. Milas enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and traveling.
