George R. Thomas is an associate in the Sacramento office of Klinedinst PC. He has extensive experience in civil litigation and assists clients in matters involving environmental, real estate, construction, business, and contract litigation. He works with contract, banking, and financial services clients on lending and real estate disputes. His work also extends into some transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Thomas was an associate in the corporate group of a large Colorado-based firm, where he counseled clients on a wide range of business matters and corporate transactions.

Mr. Thomas earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017.
