Jessica T. Le is an Associate in Klinedinst’s Irvine office. She represents businesses in general litigation defense.

Ms. Le graduated from the Tech Edge J.D. program at Santa Clara University School of Law. As a Tech Edge J.D. graduate, Ms. Le has experience representing businesses in various capacities, including commercial transactions, privacy, litigation and intellectual property through various legal externships and clinics during law school.

During law school, Ms. Le served a judicial extern for the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. She also served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA) and Vietnamese American Law Students (VALS) organizations at Santa Clara Law, as well as the Comments Editor of the Santa Clara Journal of International Law.

Ms. Le has been a member of various bar organizations, including the Vietnamese American Bar Associations of Northern California (VABANC) and Southern California (VABASC), and the Orange County and Bay Area chapters of the Asian American Bar Association (AABA).
