Neil Vermani is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s Irvine office, where his practice focuses on a variety of civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Klinedinst, he served as a Civil Litigation Law Clerk at Kemper Insurance, where he reviewed case files, drafted litigation plans, and assisted senior attorneys with depositions and mediations. Additionally, he has volunteered with the Office of United States Congressman J. Luis Correa, assisting with naturalization paperwork, and has worked with various legal aid organizations to support clients facing family law and disability matters.
Mr. Vermani earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to service, as evidenced by his Pro Bono Achievement Award for surpassing 20 hours of pro bono work and earning the Dean’s Award for his performance in Current Issues in Antitrust.
Prior to his legal studies, Neil earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Riverside, with a focus on American History, graduating cum laude and earning recognition on both the Dean’s List and Chancellor’s List.
Before pursuing a career in law, Neil served as Operations Manager and Medical Assistant at Vermani Medical Services, where he contributed significantly to operational efficiency and patient care, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fluent in conversational Kandahari, Neil enjoys exploring culinary techniques, particularly in preparing fettuccine alfredo and steak, and cherishes spending time with his grandmother playing cards. He also maintains a passion for long-distance running, approached at a leisurely pace.
