Nicholas S. Cote is an attorney in the Phoenix office of Klinedinst PC. Mr. Cote has experience managing residential real estate, premises liability, personal injury and family law litigation matters. Mr. Cote also has experience drafting several appeals for the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. 

Mr. Cote graduated cum laude from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2021. While in law school, he worked as an extern for a Dayton, Ohio personal injury firm and provided free legal services at the school’s legal clinic. Mr. Cote also served one year on Ohio Northern’s Moot Court Executive Board and participated in several mock trial competitions.

Prior to law school, Mr. Cote attended Capital University in Bexley, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics.
