Taylor J. Glass is an associate in the Sacramento office of Klinedinst PC, where he brings nearly a decade of experience in the California State Legislature, having held key positions, including legislative director, for both Senate and Assembly members.
Mr. Glass’s experience encompasses legal research and writing, demand and settlement negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, and legislative and regulatory tracking and analysis, which allows him to provide comprehensive legal support and strategic insights. His robust portfolio includes drafting appellate briefs for both the California Sixth District Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit, as well as drafting numerous pleadings and motions submitted to the California superior courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Most recently, Mr. Glass worked as a law clerk and subsequently as an attorney with a prominent boutique law firm based in Palo Alto, CA. Operating in a flexible capacity from his home abroad in Antigua, Guatemala, he has become a go-to attorney for legal research and writing, as well as strategic legal advice.
Mr. Glass earned his Juris Doctorate with Distinction from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He is recognized for his academic excellence as a member of the Traynor Honor Society and served as a primary editor for the legislative section of the McGeorge Law Review. Mr. Glass earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a minor in History from Santa Clara University, where he was admitted to the National Classics Honor Society, Eta Sigma Phi, for his academic achievements in studying the Classics, including Ancient Latin.
