Morgan Acevedo is an associate in Klinedinst’s Los Angeles office, who has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation. Ms. Acevedo represents businesses and individuals in a variety of complex legal matters, including personal injury cases related to interstate trucking and transportation accidents. With a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset, Morgan adeptly conducts discovery, analyzes investigative reports, and interprets case law to develop effective case strategies for clients.

Before joining Klinedinst, Ms. Acevedo held positions at Clark Hill and Boscia Legal, where she honed her skills in contract interpretation and negotiation while also managing all aspects of civil and criminal litigation. In her prior role as a Deputy District Attorney for the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Acevedo successfully advocated for the People of the State of California in numerous misdemeanor jury trials, showcasing her trial preparation and courtroom skills.

Ms. Acevedo holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Chico. In addition to her legal work, Ms. Acevedo held various roles that intersect law and sports, including internships and positions with notable organizations such as the United States Attorney’s Office, the Northern California Innocence Project, Santa Clara University Athletics, San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, and was a member of the Super Bowl 50 Host Committee.
