Adam L. Marcotte is Counsel in Klinedinst’s Sacramento office. He helps clients primarily in litigation involving premises liability and personal injury. He also represents financial institutions in contract and lending disputes.
Prior to joining the firm. Mr. Marcotte gained significant experience handling first- and third-party litigation as a staff attorney for a major insurer. Matters that he handled in this role focused on personal injury claims. In addition, Mr. Marcotte has previously defended claims alleging medical malpractice, as well as premises liability, general negligence, and professional liability matters. He also has handled a number of constitutional right claims as part of his diverse practice.
Mr. Marcotte brings to his clients a strong business sense, having previously operated his own law firm for many years, in addition to briefly managing his family’s locksmith business and as owner/operator of a used car lot. He is able to use this valuable experience to serve as a true business partner for his clients.
Mr. Marcotte graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2000, and earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996.
