Senior Counsel

Ann-Marie Anderson has over 30 years of substantive legal experience. Ms. Anderson has served as lead counsel in complex transactional matters (M&A, commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing), complex litigation (including as lead named counsel in the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals), and regulatory matters (administrative law, federal securities compliance, etc.).

Ms. Anderson has represented a wide range of publicly traded, privately held, and government entities across industries such as aerospace, state and federal government, technology, real estate, Major League Baseball, finance, construction, engineering, utilities, school districts, municipalities, mining, aviation, and airports. Her clientele includes notable organizations such as Chrysler Corporation, the Arizona Diamondbacks, AARP, Motorola, Kmart, SOLON SE, ASM International, and Freeport-McMoRan Mining, among others.

Ms. Anderson has practiced with an AmLaw 100 firm and served as a law firm partner, Assistant Attorney General, and general counsel to both privately held and publicly traded corporations in Arizona and Silicon Valley.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Anderson is a recognized leader in the legal community. She speaks annually at the State Bar of Arizona Convention and presents to legal, technology, academic, and law school audiences.

Her commitment to excellence in both law and advocacy is further exemplified by her background as a four-year NCAA collegiate tennis player and team captain. She continues to compete in USTA-sanctioned tournaments.

Ms. Anderson earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she co-founded the Journal of Gender and Law. She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Albion College and remains dedicated to providing strategic legal counsel tailored to the unique needs of her clients.
