Assad Choudhry is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s Sacramento office. Mr. Choudhry’s practice includes a variety of legal areas including business and commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, employment law, intellectual property law, personal injury defense, technology and data security, environmental law, and criminal law. Mr. Choudhry’s wide breadth of practice provides a holistic and comprehensive approach to litigation, ensuring a meticulous analysis of liability risk and an all-inclusive thorough defense for clients no matter the stage of litigation.
Mr. Choudhry graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2025. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Choudhry earned certification in Public Interest and Social Justice Law, an Intellectual Property Specialization, with honors, and a Witkins Award for Academic Excellence in Negotiations. During his time at Santa Clara University Mr. Choudhry served as Co-President of the South Asian Student Association, Co-Vice President of DEI for the Student Bar Association, and production editor for the Santa Clara University High-Technology Law Journal.
Though heavily involved on campus, Mr. Choudhry also remained committed to his local communities. Mr. Choudhry volunteered for monthly clinics on behalf of the South Asian Bar Association, participated in naturalization drives as an interpreter assisting in naturalization paperwork, and volunteered at a variety of smaller localized community events.
Prior to joining Klinedinst Mr. Choudhry has gained valuable professional experience in the legal realms of research, artificial intelligence, technology startups, intellectual property, patents, criminal law, and litigation. He also spent four years working for All Nippon Airways Trading Corp. U.S.A., a subsidiary of Japan’s largest airline, ANA, where he became acquainted with airplane parts and aviation law domestically and internationally.
Before attending law school, Mr. Choudhry earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach.
