Madison Kneadler is an attorney in the San Diego office of Klinedinst. Ms. Kneadler’s practice focuses on professional liability defense, employment litigation, and white collar criminal defense. She graduated from California Western School of Law in April 2023, graduating magna cum laude, and ranked in the top 5% of her class. Ms. Kneadler also received six Academic Excellence Awards for obtaining the highest grade in the class.
During her second year of law school, the California Innocence Project (CIP) selected Ms. Kneadler as a clinical intern. CIP is a California Western law school clinic dedicated to freeing the innocent, training law students, and changing laws and policies in California. Ms. Kneadler served as the CIP student organization’s (XONR8) 2021-2022 President. Ms. Kneadler also served as the 2021-2022 Health Law Society Vice President and participated in the Pro Bono Honors Society.
Before law school, Ms. Kneadler attended Central Washington University (CWU), where she graduated cum laude with a degree in psychology and a degree in law and justice. During her time at CWU, Ms. Kneadler assisted in drafting a publication titled “Revisiting Reasons and Kaplan 1975: Towards an Open Walls Approach to Rehabilitative Prison.” The publication sought to identify the manifest and latent functions of the current prison system and proposed solutions to reform the justice system.
When not at the office, you can find Ms. Kneadler exploring San Diego restaurants, traveling, and hitting the slopes in the winter.
