Mark Rawdin

Associate

Mark Rawdin is an associate in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC, where he practices in both the litigation and transactional departments. His practice encompasses business litigation, intellectual property litigation, mergers and acquisitions, business contract drafting, and entity formation and funding. Mark also has experience in intellectual property transactional matters, including obtaining trademark protection for clients. He leverages his background in business management to provide strategic counsel to clients across various industries, helping them navigate legal disputes and achieve their business objectives.

A native of San Diego, Mark earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to attending law school, he graduated from La Jolla High School and then San Diego State University, where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. Prior to coming to Klinedinst, Mark was a judicial externship for the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel in the Southern District of California. Mark is a native of San Diego and earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Outside of his legal practice, Mark enjoys backpacking in the High Sierra mountains during the summer months and snowboarding in the winter.
