Marven Mekha is an Associate in Klinedinst PC’s San Diego office where his practice focuses on business and corporate law.
Mr. Mekha earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he actively participated in several distinguished academic roles. He served as the Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review and competed as a member of the school’s Transactional Law Team.
Mr. Mekha’s practical experience includes valuable externships and internships at various prestigious firms and organizations. He served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jill L. Burkhardt of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Mr. Mekha also externed in-house, where he conducted intricate legal analyses related to international mergers and drafted numerous governance documents. In USD’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, he advised early-stage companies on corporate formation and intellectual property matters.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Mekha also has a background in civil engineering. He worked as a Civil Engineer at a multidisciplinary engineering firm in San Diego, where he developed the technical background that informs his practical, detail-oriented approach to client work.
