Rafael Bultz is an associate in the Seattle office of Klinedinst PC. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation as well as counseling individuals and entities on corporate and intellectual property transactions particularly in trademark law. Mr. Bultz also has experience in matters related to intellectual property litigation, commercial and business litigation, contract drafting, and corporate matters. He has advised clients on the availability of federally protecting their trademarks and has extensive experience with every step of the federal trademark registration and post-registration process.
Mr. Bultz has also advised clients on business formation opportunities, startup cycles, contracts, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters. He has drafted and reviewed entity formation documents, bylaws, End User License Agreements, purchase and sale agreements, commercial contracts, policy compliance documents, and non-profit funding agreements. Mr. Bultz received his juris doctor from the Seattle University School of Law where he served as a trademark law intern at the Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic.
