Thomas M. Regan serves as Counsel in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC. He comes to Klinedinst with extensive legal experience, including construction contract and defect litigation, labor and employment litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, personal injury, public entity defense, professional liability, discrimination, civil rights, auto/transportation trucking litigation, religious entity defense, and commercial liability.
In his practice, he represents a wide array of clients, including large retailers, public government entities, grocery stores, ride-hailing and food delivery companies, nonprofit religious corporations, property owners, and local businesses. He works with clients in all stages of litigation from inception and discovery up to mediation, trial, settlement, and resolution. He represents clients in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Federal Court of Claims, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
Mr. Regan earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013, and was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year. He received a B.A. in Communication, with a Political Science minor from San Diego State University in 2009.
