Benjamin B. Gordon is an associate attorney in the Las Vegas office of Klinedinst PC, who focuses his practice on transactional law, including intellectual property and entertainment law. He also assists clients in civil litigation, including professional liability, as well as construction. Mr. Gordon brings extensive experience in both business negotiation and litigation to the Las Vegas legal team.
Mr. Gordon’s dedication to volunteer work shines through his active participation in the legal community. He currently serves as Chair of the Clark County Bar Association’s Community Service Committee, Chair of the State Bar of Nevada’s Entertainment and Sports Law Section, and Secretary of the State Bar of Nevada’s Intellectual Property Section. Additionally, he is an Associate Board Member for the Anti-Defamation League of Nevada. In 2022 and 2023, Mr. Gordon was granted the Clark County Bar Association’s Circle of Support Award for his community service commitments. More recently, he was selected as a 2023 and 2024 Super Lawyers Mountain States Rising Star.
Mr. Gordon received his Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s Honor List and earned multiple Academic Excellence Awards in Internet & Social Media Law, New Media Rights Clinic, and his Externship Seminar. As a law student, Mr. Gordon was an extern for the Honorable Judge Michael Villani in Nevada’s Eighth Judicial District Court and a student fellow for the San Diego’s New Media Rights Clinic.
