Susan S. Nahama is Chief Operating Officer of Klinedinst PC, and also serves as Managing Shareholder of Klinedinst’s San Diego operations. As Managing Shareholder of the firm’s largest office, Ms. Nahama is responsible for day-to-day management, including human resources, operations, financial performance, and team-building. In her role as COO, Ms. Nahama works in tandem with all of the firm’s offices and departments to build innovative infrastructure, efficient operations, and an exceptional workplace culture.
Ms. Nahama has been a Shareholder since 2000, and has extensive experience in a broad range of civil litigation, with a focus on all aspects of professional liability. In addition to defending professionals, Ms. Nahama represents clients in litigation involving general liability, commercial and residential construction, insurance, business disputes, mold-related claims, product liability, and employment matters. She is adept at handling all aspects of litigation, from overall strategic planning and conducting depositions, to arbitrations, mediation and trials.
