Christopher M. Leland is a Post Bar Law Clerk in the Irvine office of Klinedinst. His practice focuses on employment and business litigation, intellectual property rights, and data privacy.

Mr. Leland graduated from Chapman Dale E. Fowler School of Law in May 2024. As a law student, he received the CALI award for achieving the highest performance in his Trademark & Unfair Competition class, as well as representing clients through the prestigious Entertainment Law Clinic. Mr. Leland served as a Moot Court Vice President where he had the opportunity to compete on the national level multiple times, receiving the 2nd Best Appellate Brief at the Tulane Mardi Gras Invitational in 2023.

Before law school, Mr. Leland attended California Baptist University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in business management and a minor in psychology.
