SAN DIEGO, CA – Klinedinst welcomes its 2026 Summer Law Clerks, a talented group of 12 law students whose diverse academic backgrounds and legal interests are matched by a common drive to learn, grow, and gain meaningful experience in the practice of law.
Each year, the firm’s Summer Law Clerk Program offers what many legal internships promise but few fully deliver: substantive work on real cases with real-world impact.
This summer, 12 exceptional students will have the opportunity to contribute alongside Klinedinst attorneys across 6 offices throughout the Western United States.

This summer, they will research live legal issues, draft motions and briefs, assist in trial preparation, and work directly alongside Klinedinst attorneys on active client matters. No busywork. No observation-only rotations. Just the kind of experience that helps prepare future attorneys for the realities of legal practice.
