Frederick M. Heiser has joined the Klinedinst Santa Ana office as Counsel. As an experienced litigator, Mr. Heiser brings his legal skills to the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation, Commercial General Liability, and Employment Practice Groups.
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst is pleased to announce Frederick M. Heiser has joined the Santa Ana office as Counsel. Mr. Heiser will focus his practice on retail defense, business litigation, employment law, and general liability matters.
Mr. Heiser is an experienced litigation and trial attorney with over a decade of experience protecting his clients’ businesses in both state and federal courts across Southern California, including Los Angeles.

Mr. Heiser has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® and is highly active in the legal community. He has been a featured speaker and author for Defense Research Institute and is a member of several other legal organizations. In 2014, he was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Opera League of Los Angeles, becoming one of the youngest members to serve on the Board. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, and earned his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
