The Mansfield Certification is awarded to law firms that meet rigorous, data-driven benchmarks ensuring that qualified attorneys from historically underrepresented groups, including women, attorneys of color, LGBTQ+ attorneys, and attorneys with disabilities, are actively considered for leadership roles, senior lateral hiring, client pitch teams, and other key advancement opportunities.
