SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst Shareholder David M. Majchrzak has been recognized by the San Diego County Bar Association with the prestigious Service to the Community Award for 2024. Mr. Majchrzak is one of only eight awardees that will be recognized during the SDCBA’s celebration of Law Week in May, 2024.
Known in legal circles as the “Legal Ethicist,” Mr. Majchrzak is a seasoned ethicist, civil litigator, and certified specialist by the State Bar of California in legal malpractice law. In his practice, Mr. Majchrzak represents clients in matters involving attorney and law firm risk management, discipline defense, and legal malpractice claims. He is also called upon to serve as an expert on legal ethics issue and serves as the firm’s Deputy General Counsel. Mr. Majchrzak served six years on the Board of Directors of the SDCBA, culminating in his presidency of the 10,000-member organization in 2022.
