PHOENIX, ARIZONA — Klinedinst PC has named David M. Majchrzak to lead Klinedinst’s growing office in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Majchrzak takes over the role from Teresa M. Beck, who will continue to lead as Managing Shareholder of the firm’s Las Vegas office.
Licensed in both Arizona and California, Mr. Majchrzak is a legal ethicist who has dedicated much of his practice to helping lawyers and law firms navigate the often complex ethical waters of the legal profession. He frequently performs law office risk management assessments, provides staff training on ethical requirements, and counsels attorneys and their firms on a wide array of topics dealing with the practice of law. He also serves as Deputy General Counsel for the firm, and continues to counsel clients in both San Diego and Phoenix.
Mr. Majchrzak is a Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America and San Diego Super Lawyers, and received the highest AV®-Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Klinedinst’s office in Phoenix recently expanded into new offices on East Camelback Road, only five minutes away from the State Bar of Arizona. The office is located minutes away from the Downtown Justice Center, the Central Court Building, and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
Mr. Majchrzak, an active member of the San Diego legal community, earned his JD summa cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2002, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California. In addition to being an accomplished speaker and writer, he is also a prolific painter, often donating his artwork to non-profit organizations for use at fundraisers and silent auctions.
