LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst is pleased to welcome Gavin Holland to its downtown Los Angeles office.
Mr. Holland represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation and employment law. Much of his experience is focused on resolving commercial and consumer business disputes. He also brings intellectual property experience, having counseled clients in issues involving trademarks, copyrights, right of publicity, and entertainment law.
As part of his practice, Mr. Holland closely tracks developments in artificial intelligence (AI), particularly as it relates to intellectual property. As generative AI continues gaining traction in the marketplace, Mr. Holland provides clients with guidance on a wide range of evolving issues, particularly when it comes to ownership of AI-generated content, licensing of client copyrighted works for training of AI engines, and other novel issues brought about by the use of AI.
