Introducing the firm’s new Senior Counsel:
Harold C. Trimmer focuses his practice on professional liability, general civil litigation, as well as white-collar criminal defense and related matters. Mr. Trimmer has also defended individuals in state and federal criminal actions, including political corruption investigations, military procurement fraud, investment fraud, and other complex criminal matters. A native of Las Vegas, Mr. Trimmer earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law. In 2013, he was named one of San Diego’s Top Young Attorneys by The Daily Transcript. He continues to be active in the San Diego Defense Lawyers, and is an alumnus of the Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court.
The firm’s new Counsel are:
Lindsey N. Casillas is an attorney in the Sacramento office of Klinedinst PC. Ms. Casillas’ practice centers on professional liability litigation, employment counseling and litigation and intellectual property; however, Ms. Casillas has a wide range of experience generally dealing with issues that businesses encounter. Ms. Casillas is experienced in seeing civil cases through the litigation process, from intake to resolution, including motion practice, all phases of discovery, trial preparation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
Benjamin C. Wohlfeil is an attorney in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC where he litigates a variety of professional liability matters throughout California. Prior to joining Klinedinst, Mr. Wohlfeil began his legal career as a criminal prosecutor, handling both trial and appellate matters. With a caseload that included murders, assaults, and robberies, he aggressively prosecuted hundreds of violent offenders, and tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict.
