SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst PC announces the addition of trial attorney Ian R. Friedman to its San Diego legal team as a Shareholder.
Mr. Friedman has built a respected practice defending clients in professional liability matters, business litigation, and personal injury. He represents business entities, as well as individuals in multi-million dollar disputes involving the ownership and operation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. In professional liability matters, Mr. Friedman represents lawyers, real estate agents and brokers, and investment advisers against claims alleging breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and fraud. He has previous litigation experience involving school bond issues, investment fraud, wrongful deaths, federal and state housing claims, real estate issues, ADA compliance, and employment claims.

Mr. Friedman is active within the community, serving as President of San Diego Defense Lawyers (SDDL). SDDL is the largest specialty bar association in San Diego focused on lawyers who defend clients in civil litigation, and Mr. Friedman has been on the board of directors since 2020. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyers Club of San Diego. He also is a proud alumni of the Louis M. Welsh chapter of the American Inns of Court.
