SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst PC has announced the addition of Virginia E. Lopez to the firm’s San Diego office.
Ms. Lopez joins as Senior Counsel with a practice focused on handling complex insurance defense litigation matters. She is frequently called upon to handle premises liability, HOA and landlord/tenant matters, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, Lemon Law, collection, and general negligence matters.
Ms. Lopez defends clients in employment litigation, including wage and hour, real estate, and professional license defense. She is also a real estate broker, and maintains a current license with the California Department of Real Estate.
Ms. Lopez served as a Military Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army from 1985 to 1989. When she left the Army, she continued to serve as a Military Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army Reserves until 1992.

Ms. Lopez graduated from California Western School of Law. She earned her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She is an avid traveler who enjoys hiking and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
