Klinedinst PC is proud to announce that Amara S.L. Turzak is the newest associate to join the firm’s Professional Liability group.
SAN DIEGO – Amara S.L. Turzak has joined the Klinedinst San Diego team as an Associate. Ms. Turzak’s practice focuses on professional liability defense. She aids in cases related to attorney malpractice, trademarks, and intellectual property.
Ms. Turzak brings to the firm experience in analyzing arguments and preparing briefings on litigation issues including appeal bonds, commercial businesses, partnership disputes, contract disputes, land-use entitlements, and fraud. She has practiced litigating cases from inception to trial and has served as second chair during a trial involving a major auto manufacturer. She has also worked extensively on consumer class actions and product liability cases and has conducted legal research on contract law, CAFA requirements, California Proposition 65, and the California Civil Discovery Act.

Ms. Turzak graduated from the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law, where she received the CALI Award in Alternative Dispute Resolution and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society. Prior to attending law school, she earned a BA in International Studies and a Minor in Political Science from California State University at Long Beach, where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society.
