David Majchrzak Presents on Bias, Incivility, and Difficult Personalities

Klinedinst ethics attorney David Majchrzak addressed attorneys and paralegals at an ethics CLE presentation on November 16, 2016. Hosted by San Diego Paralegal Association and Tom Homann LGBT Law Association, Mr. Majchrzak discussed bias, incivility, and difficult personalities.

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA– Klinedinst ethics attorney David M. Majchrzak presented a special MCLE on bias in the legal profession at a special event on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.

San Diego Paralegal Association partnered with Tom Homann LGBT Law Association to present a one hour Ethics CLE on “Bias, Incivility, and Difficult Personalities: an Ethical Tour,” which included a discussion of the new proposed rule 8.4.1. New rule 8.4.1 addresses discrimination of clients or employees, ethical implications of civility, and the difficulty that certain personalities can pose to lawyers.

Mr. Majchrzak is a frequent lecturer and author on issues involving ethics in the legal profession.
