David Majchrzak of Klinedinst PC was selected to serve as moderator and contributor in two sessions at The State Bar of California’s Solo and Small Firm Summit. The panels took place on June 19, 2015 in Newport Beach, and focused on practice tips and legal ethics, designed for small firm practitioners in California.
The State Bar of California hosted the event to help attorneys and staff of small firms to expand network knowledge, learn tips for building client referral networks, discover strategic solutions for the practice of law and learn how to better manage their practice.
Mr. Majchrzak served as both moderator and contributor on Friday, June 19th during the “Dealing with Difficult Clients” session, at 9:45am. He then hosted and contributed to the “Ethics for the Solo and Small Firm Practitioner” session at 11am. Over 100 people attended each session, and at both sessions, attendees were eligible to receive MCLE credit.
Mr. Majchrzak is a frequent lecturer and author on issues involving ethics in the legal profession. As part of his practice, he provides advice on a wide array of issues, including conflict analyses and waivers, engagement and common interest agreements, non-engagement letters, attorney-client privilege/confidentiality analyses, trust account management strategies, proper disengagement, and subpoena response.
Klinedinst congratulates Mr. Majchrzak on presenting at these two programs. To learn more about the Summit, please visit:
