Heather Rosing Delivers Diversity and Inclusion Presentation

Klinedinst Shareholder Heather Rosing delivered a presentation entitled, “Walk the Walk: Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession.” Together with co-presenter Jerri Malana, Ms. Rosing discussed deep-rooted biases in the legal profession.

SAN DIEGO – Heather L. Rosing, Shareholder at Klinedinst PC, discussed diversity and inclusion in a recent CLE presentation. Organized by the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Ms. Rosing co-presented with Jerri Malana. Ms. Rosing delivered a seminar entitled, “Walk the Walk: Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession” on August 12, 2015.

The ABTL asked Ms. Rosing to speak about diversity and inclusion in this recent CLE presentation. In their seminar, Ms. Rosing showed select clips of the film “Walk the Walk” by Abby Ginzberg and AJ Kutchins with the State Bar of California, and discussed the subtle, yet pervasive biases that exist in today’s legal profession.

Ms. Rosing is Shareholder and CFO at Klinedinst PC, where she has established an extensive practice in legal malpractice defense. In addition to serving in leadership positions in various organizations, including Vice President of the State Bar of California, she has earned a nation-wide reputation as a leading authority in legal ethics.
