SAN DIEGO – Klinedinst Shareholder Heather Rosing addressed the Western Pension & Benefits Council (WPBC) at their recent lunch meeting on September 15, 2015.

As the keynote speaker of this event, Ms. Rosing discussed professional liability in her presentation entitled, “Risk Management for Retirement Benefit Professionals.” The presentation covered common risk management issues faced by trustees, financial planners, actuaries, third party administrators, CPAs, and attorneys. Hosted by the WPBC, the premier organization for employee benefit professionals, this meeting was held at the Double Tree Hotel in Mission Valley.

Ms. Rosing is a certified specialist in legal malpractice law, and a nationally-recognized authority in legal ethics and risk management. In addition to being a Shareholder and CFO at Klinedinst, Ms. Rosing serves on many charitable and professional organizations, including Vice President of the State Bar of California.
